A free antivirus software that has complete chore (e.g. an internet security software and as the same time as an antivirus)

get the AVG internet security edition with antivirus scanner,anti spyware,anti spam and a very good firewall and real time protection..get avg internet sec edition free here..this is a full version unlike free version..

I don't think there is just 1 free program that does it all. I use Spybot S & D found at http://www.spybot.com
for anti-virus I use AVG free found at http://www.free.grisoft.com
Norton is the free and best anti virus.

I've used AVG Free for years and trust it more than many commercial programs. they also have a Suite that may suit your needs, not free.
It's often Antivirus programs don't work very well and viruses slips through. This is not the case with Norton. Definately try it out here:
