Fast scan popup.
A lot of the times when i try to do something or click a button(links on websites) to where i want to go, this thing will pop up and say "Warning!!! your computer contains various types of vulnerabilities and threats.
Your system requires immediate anti viruses scan! Personal Antivirus can perform fast and free virus and malicious software scan of your computer ." then it will take me to a website like "pro-onlin0free-virus-scan" or something(even if i click cancel), then when i close it another thing pops up and says "Harmful and malicious software detected. these programs may damage your computer and steal your private information. Online Security Scanner requires Personal Antivirus components to repair your computer. please click OK to download and install Personal Antivirus tool"
I mean EVERY time i try to do certain things it will pop up...

The pop-up you are seeing is NOT a warning from your anti-virus - it **IS* a virus causing the pop-up, trying to get you to give them money.
*If* you can get there, go to http://malwarebytes.org and download the free version of their software and do a scan of your system. it might be able to easily remove it for you (for free)
Personal Antivirus is a fake antivirus program that usually comes bundled with trojans. You need to update your antivirus and run a full scan to remove the infection.
