Someone is trying to access my pc?

According to my security software, a computer with the IP address of 194.28.112.6 keeps attempting to access my computer. I've upgraded the security protocols on my home network and internet options, but the warnings keep coming. As the IP address appears to originate in another country (Moldova to be precise), I'm not entirely certain what more I can do. Any suggestions?

Note: my pc has not yet been breached so far as I can tell, but I'd rather not risk it.

Don't give those virus people money. if you give one of them money they are going to mess with you more and more, and want more and more money. Just close them out when they pop up.

if your computer is full of them, store your programs and blank out your hard drive to clean up your computer. the things that sell all that protection are the same things that mess with and screw up you r comp. DON'T GIVE THEM MONEY for doing stuff like that. it inhibits the whole art or practice of it, which is annoying.

on the right side of your browser (IE) next to the blue question mark is your internet options click it then there is a security tab click it then choose restricted sites type in the url address click add then apply then ok...
